We look forward to having you enter and visit the fair. We have a bunch of different activities for all ages. Please come and check us out!

Daily Activities

Please note all start and end times. All events take place at the Burnet County AgriLife Extension Auditorium, Quest Gym, and Pavilion. Schedule subject to change, all updates will be posted below.

Wednesday, June 5th

  • 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.     Registration for Quilts Only - Quest Gym

  • 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.     Registration for Creative Writing Only - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.     Early Registration for All Other Exhibitors - AgriLife Auditorium

Thursday, June 6th

  • 8:00 a.m.                         Quilt Division Start Judging - Quest Gym

  • 8:00 a.m.                         Creative Writing Start Judging - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.     Registration for All Other Exhibitors - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.     Registration for Decorating Contest - Turn in to Linda Wells

  • 12:00 p.m.                        Fair CLOSED to the public for judging

Friday, June 7th

  • 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.      Fair OPEN to the Public - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 9:30 a.m.                         Opening Ceremony - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 10:00 a.m.                        Enjoy the Fair - 
                                             AgriLife Auditorium, Quest Gym, Pavilion Exhibits, Country 
                                             Store, and Silent Auction.  
                                             Craft and Food Vendors

  • 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.      Presentations (Off and On during the day)

  • 2:00 p.m.                         Ice Cream Crank-Off & Tasting - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.      Cooking Demonstration - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.      Awards Presentation & Photographs - AgriLife Auditorium
                                             Best of Division, Sweepstakes, People's Choice Winners,
                                             Scholarship

Saturday, June 8th

  • 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.      42 Tournament - AgriLife Classroom

  • 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.      Fair OPEN to the Public -  
                                             AgriLife Auditorium, Quest Gym, Pavilion Exhibits, Country                                                       Store, and Silent Auction.                                           
                                             Craft and Food Vendors

  • 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.     Live Music - AgriLife Auditorium

  • 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.       Exhibitors pick up entries

  • 4:30 p.m.                          AgriLife Auditorium Closed to all except Fair workers
